The beginning...
CEAV was founded by professionals who, after years of working within other organisations, became increasingly disillusioned with industry practices. They observed that customer support was often lacking, and product recommendations were frequently influenced more by profit margins than by what was genuinely best for the client. Dealing with dissatisfied customers became routine, and it was clear that a better approach was needed.
Motivated by these experiences, they established CEAV with a clear mission: to prioritise the needs of the customer above all else. We take the time to listen, understand your requirements, and recommend the most suitable solutions—balancing performance, features, and budget. We are completely independent and not tied to any specific brands, which means our recommendations are always impartial and in your best interest.

The Management Team
Our team is continuously growing, but the foundation has been constant for the best part of a decade. Stephen, Wesley and James create a formidable team, each having their particular specialities.

Stephen Lansiquot
Stephen is our operations director and a founding partner of CEAV. In his previous employment, he was the operations manager for an electrical company and managed a large number of electricians. He brought his vast knowledge and experience to CEAV, and today, he oversees all of our company's operations, finances and procurement. Stephen is also our electrical estimator.

Wesley Griffin
Wesley is our projects director and a founding partner of CEAV. Having worked as an engineer and in management positions in the past, he brings a wealth of knowledge to the CEAV team and has helped grow the business, pushing the company into new markets. Today, Wesley plays a pivotal role and oversees our active projects and also the engineering team.

James Taylor
James joined CEAV in 2016 as a project manager but quickly became our smart home division manager, a role in which he has thrived. James has masses of experience in the smart home industry and is an incredible technician and systems programmer. This knowledge enables him to run our smart home team with exceptional proficiency. James also manages our aftercare team.
