The beginning...
Our founders once worked for other companies and grew frustrated at how they did things. Their customer support was not good and sometimes product selection was driven by profit margins rather than what was most suitable for the client. On top of this, dealing with dissatisfied customers was a regular occurrence. Seeing this, they knew they could do better, so they left and formed CEAV.
Due to these experiences, we always listen to our customers and specify the best solution, considering budget and requested features. We're not tied to any specific brands and would never select a particular product due to profit margins or to meet supplier targets. We genuinely always do the best for our customers, which explains why 90% of our work is repeat work from existing customers or referrals from someone we've worked for in the past.
Stephen Lansiquot
Stephen is our operations director and a founding partner of CEAV. In his previous employment, he was the operations manager for an electrical company and managed a large number of electricians. He brought his vast knowledge and experience to CEAV, and today, he oversees all of our company's operations, including our accounts. Stephen is also our electrical estimator.
Wesley Griffin
Wesley joined the company in 2014 and became a director shortly then after. Having been an electrician and smart-home technician in the past, he brought a wealth of knowledge to the CEAV team and quickly helped grow the business pushing the company into new markets. Today, Wesley manages some of our larger and more complicated projects and is also our sales and marketing manager.
James Taylor
James joined CEAV in 2016 as a project manager but quickly became our smart home division manager, a role in which he has thrived. James has masses of experience in the smart home industry and is an incredible technician and systems programmer. This knowledge enables him to run our smart home team with exceptional proficiency. James also manages our aftercare team.
